The 4 is all about teaching, so if you're great at certain skills, think about teaching them to others this year. If you are in a personal year of 6, get ready to settle down after the crazy 5 year you just had! This year is for you to nurture yourself and others. The 6 is all about family/home life, so if you've wanted to redecorate or remodel, you'll probably get it all done and in record time this year. If you've wanted to start your own business, the 6 year is also a good time. Relax a little this year, you deserve it!

If you are in a personal year of 7, your faith will most likely be tested this year. You may ask all the big questions in life: "What is all this for?" "What is life all about?" "Why is this stuff happening?". This is not a BAD or negative year for you, by any means! This is a year that asks you to go inside and seek answers from within. Travel to where the water is, even if it's visiting the pool in your backyard... water helps balance out the number 7 and acts as a buffer for any turmoil going on inside. If you are in a personal year of 8, you may find money flowing to you like a river! Hmmmm... do you ever play the lottery? I'm NOT SAYING to go out & blow your paycheck, but an itty-bitty lotto ticket here or there could be beneficial! The 8 year is definitely the time to get all your finances straight and in order. The 8 is the power number, so remember to be extra nice to your loved ones when you're out there power-working to make all your dreams come true.

PERSONAL YEAR 9:
If you are in a personal year of 9, it's out with the old and in with the new! This is the year to purge and make room for the 1 energy just around the corner. Literally clean out your closets and drawers, so you can begin the new cycle/energy flow. Go inside and clean out old thought processes. Start new conversations with different people and make new contacts - get in touch with the people you never thought would talk to you, because in a 9 year, they will!

December, Number 3 vibration

Happy December!

The month of holiday cheer, love and the number 3 vibration! The 3 rules entertaining, communication and CREATIVITY; and what a month it is for fun, laughter, parties and entertainment! The 3 also rules mind, body and spirit, so it's definitely the time to get those "3" in order & connecting with one another. This 3 month of December embodies a sort of frantic, ungrounded, constantly-moving kind of vibe, but there's no better way to achieve that mind-body-spirit connection than by going into prayer and meditation. When we are silent and still, with no distractions, that is when the biggest messages come to us. Get grounded this Holiday season and focus upon SELF. Allow the messages to flow. When we can give our selves proper respect, space and love, we can then give it back & more freely to the world. Let your beautiful light shine this month. Giving to self in this way is not "selfish", per se... it allows an opening of heart energy which enables a deeper sense of awareness. That is what the world needs & that is what we all deserve. The 3 also rules the planet Jupiter. Jupiter is the planet of expansion & improvement. Again... a month to improve/expand our own thoughts, connections and consciousness which will then reflect upon the rest of the world.

When we add the month of 3 to the current year of 2009, we get 5. This 5 may bring up feelings for the need to overindulge. I know, I know! With the Holidays upon us, there's that "wanting-to-indulge" feeling anyway (for many), but it just might be a bit harder to get rid of it this December. Go to your happy place when you're reaching for that 3rd brownie and do your best to WILL the temptation away (I know you are rolling your eyes at me right now - I am rolling my eyes at ME right now. LOL)! The 5 may also make many of us feel restless and easily distracted, so be careful not to burn the gingerbread cookies - also, please be extra careful driving on the roads, my dear ones! I know this 5 sounds like a lot of doom and gloom, but the 5 is also the number for travel, adventure & inspiration! The 5 is very much about going with the flow of life and feeling the "free bird" mentality, so have some fun, get creative, find some adventure and allow yourself to indulge a little bit! For goodness sake, we're only human, right?

That said, 2010 is just around the corner! Wow... what a quick year for me! It seemed to travel at warp speed... How about for you? In general, next year is a 3 year... All these 3's happening! The Energy of 11-11-11

Today's energy vibration: 11-11-09 which translates to 11-11-11

First and foremost I want to appreciate and pay homage to all the veterans of the United States as today celebrates our military heroes & heroines. Thank you for giving of yourselves to better our blessed country. Thank you and much, much love & peace to you all!

Now, on to the numbers of this much anticipated day! The energy is quite amazing for today and I'm loving the connections in the analysis as I've looked at the Chakra connections with the number vibrations. It is a 6 day, generally, when you add up all the numbers of 11-11-2009; however we have six 1s in there, which add to 2, then further adding to 6. So, there are 3 important vibrations to look at today - the 6, the 2 and the 1. First let's look at the 6-

The 6 represents mother earth and a divine connection to nurturing and care of others. It is also a business number and has quite a leadership & creative quality (which synchs with the leadership/creative vibe in all of those number 1s). Going a bit deeper into the realm of energy, the 6 translates to the Ajna or Third Eye Chakra - which is located at the brow (on the head) & is linked with the pineal gland. Interestingly enough the Third Eye Chakra has been represented by a lotus flower with 2 petals. The Third Eye is all about intuition and visual consciousness (which is also a strong trait of the 2). This day suggests that we look at inner guidance & the balance between our physical and spiritual selves. Colors associated with this Chakra are represented by indigo or deep blues.

The 2 represents peace and a divine connection with harmony, love and intuition. It is a persuasive vibration, also carrying business qualities (like the 6) and is the most efficient vibration in carrying out mediation and utmost sincerity. Going a bit deeper into the realm of energy, the 2 translates to the Svadhisthana or Sacral Chakra - located near the base of the spine (sacrum) & is linked with the reproductive organs. Interestingly enough the Sacral Chakra has been represented by a lotus flower with 6 petals. The Sacral Chakra is all about relationships, pleasure, addictions, emotional needs & enthusiasm. This day suggests that we not only look at balancing our inner guidance (6th Chakra), but also our cravings and desires in the physical world - Know that you have everything that you need right at this moment. The color associated with this chakra is represented by orange - and how COOL it is that orange (2nd Chakra) is the complementary color to blue (the 6th Chakra).

All of those 1s in today's numerology represents leadership and a divine connection with creativity & uniqueness. It is a pioneering vibration which carries a fresh and "new" energy with it. Going a bit deeper into the realm of energy, the 1 translates to the Muladhara or Root Chakra - located below the Sacral Chakra & linked to a very male vibration, relating to the gonads & the fight-or-flight response. The Root Chakra is represented by a lotus flower with 4 petals (2 is the square root of 4 ) and is all about security, potential, stability and instincts. All of the 1s in this day suggests that we OWN our power and our potential; that we balance any obsessions and insecurities with self-love, confidence and a deep knowing of our ability to survive and power through anything! The color associated with this chakra is represented by red (the color of fire, desire and drive!)

All in all, this day has huge emphasis and a grand connection with peace, love-of-self, intuition & nurturing. I ask you, on this day, to make some kind of commitment to peace. Many Thanks to My Energy Guru

I haven't been feeling well... not since Friday night. My stomach was wrecked all weekend, but I wasn't vomiting or *otherwise*. Something was wrong in my body, but nothing was adding up.

I gave myself a gift in August. I had been down in the dumps and doing some soul searching this past summer after a couple of heartaches and finding my pocketbook slightly in the negative. So, I joined 24HR Fitness with my friend Terry and everything has changed for me since then. I'm working out regularly and feeling in the best physical shape EVER. Working out has released a lot of mental & spiritual blocks and has cleared my overall energy, allowing me to really love and embrace my beautiful SELF! It's really awesome to fully start to love my body. I've always known & loved my heart and soul, but have never fully embraced the shell that encompasses it. Today, I do.

Getting into the workouts was easy... I have my friend for encouragement and we support each other completely. How lucky I am to have such a friend! After our first couple workouts, I found myself TOTALLY & completely sore and overworked. Terry kept telling me, "Be careful, Kris, don't over do it!". As a 1 Life Path, that is completely out of my vocabulary, though... I want to be the best and DO my best all of the time and if that means over-doing a workout, then you better believe I will be in that gym working out like a crazy woman! I know, I know... I'm working on that! LOL...

So, I had been taking it easy after the initial shock of the first workouts because my body was just hurtin'. Now, 2.5 months later, things are evening out and I was wanting to kick it up a notch. Yeah, not so fast Gym Rat...

My body has told me otherwise... AGAIN.

Last week I wanted to get in 3 days of working out, but knew I was only going to be able to swing 2 days because of schedules and what-not! **The weeks seem to fill up so damn fast!!** Since I had only two days, I thought to myself, "Go get 'em tiger... do 2 workouts this week, but DO 2 FULL-BODY WORKOUTS!" This, in my head, sounded like a really good idea. The 1st full-body workout was a breeze. The 2nd full-body workout left me so tired and completely drained of ALL energy, but I made it home and went about the evening and wrapped up the week on Friday feeling pretty good! My mom and I shared some good conversation and some laughs having a margarita and some Mexican food on Friday night. It didn't sit well & I couldn't sleep that night. I woke up Saturday morning with the worst stomach ache of my life! "OH, NO" I thought... Am I getting the dreaded flu? Was the Mexican food bad? CRAP!

The stomach pains came and went all day Saturday... I felt nauseous and just plain crappy, but it never felt like the full blown flu. I slept probably 15 hours that night and woke up Sunday morning not feeling any better, but now I feel like someone has stabbed me between the shoulder blades in my back! WTF?!?!?! OK, now a back ache? What the hell is going on with me...? I'm a really BAD patient, by the way. I cannot stand being sick, there's no time FOR IT!!!! **C'mon body... you've been doing so great, energy flowing properly, digesting properly, muscles working at tippy-top condition... WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!!??!!**

So, since my back feels like someone has broken it in two, I know one step that I have to take to make ONE of my ailments all better... go see Dr. Amaro! Dr. Amaro is thee best Chiropractor & Acupuncturist in the WORLD. I'm not just saying that because I know him & frequent his office, he is world renowned and we're lucky enough to have him practicing in the state of Arizona (http://www.iama.edu).

He's open on Tuesday's and Thursday's only, so I called Monday morning and left a message to get in ASAP on Tuesday. **YES!!! I scored an 8:30 AM appointment. Thank goodness. My back will be all better in the morning...**

I crookedly walk into the office and get settled in a room. Kim, the awesome assistant comes in, asks me what's going on, scratches it down with her pen, gives me a smile and says, "The Doc will see you in just a few minutes!" **Thank God**

Dr. Amaro comes in and (like he always does!) takes his finger and hits it on the sorest spot on my back and says, "It hurts really badly right there, doesn't it?" I about fell off the table - but this is nothing new. He always knows, like magic, where you're hurting before you even muster out the words! I told him that I was also having some problems with nausea over the weekend... As he felt my back, he shouted, "NO WONDER YOU'RE HURTING!" **WHAT?!?! WHY?** He told me that I had a rib out of place! **A RIB OUT?!?!?! Holy crap!** No wonder my back felt broken in two! But then, the magical part came flowing, so eloquently, from his lips... "This rib is a direct line to your stomach and gall bladder, Kristen. This is why you have not been feeling well." **OMG!!!** My energy was completely blocked because of my rib being out! I was not digesting anything properly since Tuesday of last week because of this rib!

HELLLOOOOO!

It was that 2nd FULL-BODY WORKOUT, and pushing my body past it's comfort zone, is what did me in! **Ya BIG DUMMY** But the best part about this is that it was all related! Would you ever think that a bone in your body (whether it be the spine or a rib) out of whack would be causing your gall bladder & digestive system NOT to function properly? I feel a little bit stupid even asking that question, because in the back of my mind, I do know these things... That everything in your body is related and it's main engine is the brain and that engine sends oil to the rest of the body through a means that's governed by a universal law. That universal law is energy & it's flow. Everything is energy... We are all energy and how beautiful that energy is...

Needless to say, I have learned another lesson. I will now alternate leg & upper-body workouts. No more full-body workouts for this ONE But I have also learned (again) that our bodies are designed in such a beautiful way. Everything works and is designed to work together. When something hurts, it's a warning sign... go get it checked! I recommend going to Dr. Amaro if you live in the greater Phoenix area. He has saved my life many times and am so grateful for my "energy guru". He JUST knows... he always knows...

P.S. I feel like a new woman, by the way! I still have a teeny-tiny bit of nausea, but nothing like it was. He also drained my gall bladder! He placed fingers up and under my ribs (on right side) where the gall bladder is and pressed fairly hard! **Yikes** it hurt a bit, and some funny noises squealed from my gut, but I cannot tell you how good I feel right now! Freakin' amazing! ...Love you, Dr. A...

November & the Number 2 Vibration

November is a 2 month...
Make Peace, Harmony & Loooove

November (11, 1+1=2) is a 2 month & its vibration suggests a time to relax and seek harmony. The number 2 is all about helping, loving & gathering together. The 2 is also about psychic awareness. Many people tend to have psychic visions in a 2 month, for its vibration is very intuitive and eye-opening. Days for extraordinary intuitive awareness in November are all the days that add up to 2, so be conscious of how you're feeling on Nov. 2nd, 11, 20, & 29th!

The number 2 vibes with soothing music; hugs and kisses; diplomacy and all things peaceful. The number 2 represents the Moon, so just as the moon waxes and wanes, so does this vibration. If you're feeling some of this duality in a negative way this month, seek that soothing music and/or the love of another to bring your spirit back into harmony & balance. Don't go overboard, though, and mess up your peace & harmony mojo this month - helping too much can drain your energy and you'll need it in the fun, wacky, entertaining month of December!

The 2 month is also a time to gather together & count your blessings. It's a "make love, not war" kind of month, so spread your love far and wide. Make sure your family, friends & pets know that you love them deeply and unconditionally. When we love unconditionally, it raises our vibrations to new heights. Love is the highest vibration there is... love is EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE. Give and you shall receive...

September... The month of COMPLETION!

The number 9 is about the completion of a cycle. It represents a clearing of old energy, allowing for new energy to flow in as we reach the "1" month (October). The time is now to clean & clear. Clean your houses - inside and out... and I mean that literally and figuratively. LET GO of energies that no longer serve you, i.e. negative relationships, stagnant ways of thinking, clothing that you never wear, junk in the garage, etc. When those energies are let go, there's nothing but ROOM for THE NEW! The 9 vibration is also about helping out. It is a time to connect with one another at a soul level and sometimes, as the pendant/necklace above (by Holiday Manning of Soli Jewelry) so artfully states, a time to "SAVE THE HUMANS" ! Maybe you've been wanting to reach out... to volunteer in some way? Now is the time to get the ball rolling. There are so many ways to give back... We need one another & much compassion at this period in time, whether it be a simple smile at a stranger or helping to build a house for a family in need. There are many ways to show your love and support - all you have to do is be open to show it and share it.

On that note, I applied for a Big Brothers Big Sisters program this summer and was recently accepted! YAHOOO! The program starts Sept. 12th and I'm very excited to meet my little sister! I know this experience will be life changing for me and I welcome the growth and change. June is here!

Time to nurture, create and shift...

The number 6 is all about nurturing and it's definitely starting with the self. It's certainly going to be a month about major energy shifts and I, personally, will be shifting big time. I don't want to focus on my personal life, per se, in these newsletters, but I feel like this month will be huge in terms of my own growth and healing and I hope that it is for everyone reading as well. We are in the beautiful month of 4... Time to get moving!

The number 4 is all about getting things DONE... from financial tasks to clearing up nagging things in your personal life (see my Venus comment below)! 4 is about intellect and seeking knowledge and truth. February and the Number 2

We are in the beautiful month of 2! Here is all about the 2 life path and overall vibration of this loving, open number...

The 2 is creative, sensitive and intuitively knows what others want and need. 2s crave unconditional love and harmony in their surroundings. Hugs and kisses are important to this number - in giving and receiving them. The right music soothes this artistic soul. Conflict is not something the 2 deals with easily when involved personally, but they like to help break up any battles between others. 2s have a delicate nature, so thoughtless remarks from others can bruise the ego a bit.

The 2 does not have to be the leader or in the spotlight. They are happy making things work behind the scenes. 2s are diplomatic and highly organized. New Year, New Vibes!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

It's 2009 and I'm sure you're all ready for a new start in a new year! 2009 breaks down to an 11 (2+0+0+9=11, 1+1=2), which also then breaks down to a 2.

The double one vibration in the 11 (eleven) tells us that we're probably looking at some more change taking place before the year is through! I know, I know... we just got out of a 1 year in 2008 (MAJOR CHANGE), but this year there will be more amazing, transformative powers at work. The vibe will be very different in the double 1 year, though... that 11 not only means more change facilitating, but the number also breaks down to a 2 (1+1=2), which is the year to make peace. It's now time to come together and clean up what last year unfolded for us. It is a year to trust yourself, to love unconditionally and to lend a hand to another. YOUR 2009 PERSONAL YEAR
Below you will find directions on how to find your PERSONAL YEAR. Once you find it, scroll to your description for some insight on the year ahead.

Directions: Take your month of birth + day of birth + the current year number = your PERSONAL YEAR

For instance, my birthday month (9), day (26) + current year (2009) is added like this: 9+2+6+2+0+0+9=28, 2+8=10 which is a 1. My PERSONAL YEAR for 2009 is a 1. Yippee!

PERSONAL YEAR 1: If you are in a personal year of 1, get ready to be noticed and take on a leadership role. BE that NUMBER ONE! Take your life and driving force to the next level. A 1 year suggests that you will obtain the long due credibility that you deserve. GO FOR IT in a 1 year! There will most likely be wonderful abundance in a personal year of 1.

PERSONAL YEAR 2: If you are in a personal year of 2, let your emotions be your guide and listen to your heart! This is a year to open up, serve another, and tell that special someone that you REALLY love him/her. Don't be afraid if your intuitive side comes out BIG TIME in a 2 year. Trust your gut and be open to love... awwwwweeeee - hugs-n-kisses to all the people in a 2 year

PERSONAL YEAR 3: If you are in a personal year of 3, communication and letting out your creative side will be key for you this year. If you're normally a quiet person, you may unveil a jokester, chatty side you never thought you had! Live LARGE in a 3 year... I'm not just talking money, but in other ways as well - Get noticed, take some chances, dazzle up your imagination and live a bit on the glamorous side!

PERSONAL YEAR 4: If you are in a personal year of 4, beef-up your skills and share your knowledge with others. The 4 is all about teaching, so if you're great at certain skills, think about teaching them to others this year. A 4 year looks at family and home life as well, so if you're thinking about upgrading your living space or buying a new home, it would be a great year to do so!

PERSONAL YEAR 5: If you are in a personal year of 5, get ready for a CRAZY ride! Sorry to have to tell you that, but it's gonna get a bit interesting this year. A 5 personal year is just full of scattered energies. Just when you think one thing is for sure, things change and you're back at step one. If you can, try to take your mind off things with lots of fun travel, book reading or weekend adventures. It's not wise to commit to BIG things/events in a 5 year (like marriage or career changes). Drum up FUN things for yourself in a 5 year - embrace the craziness!

PERSONAL YEAR 6: If you are in a personal year of 6, get ready to settle down after the crazy 5 year you just had! This year is for you to nurture yourself and others. This would be a great year to commit to marriage or a steady relationship. The 6 is all about family/home life, so if you've wanted to redecorate or remodel, you'll probably get it all done and in record time this year. If you've wanted to start your own business, the 6 year is also a good time.

PERSONAL YEAR 7: If you are in a personal year of 7, your faith will most likely be tested this year. You may ask all the big questions in life: "What is all this for?" "What is life all about?" "Why is this stuff happening?". The 7 year asks that you go inside and seek answers from within. If needed go see a spiritual adviser or counselor for help. Travel to where the water is, even if it's visiting the pool in your backyard... water helps balance out the number 7 and acts as a buffer for any turmoil going on inside.

PERSONAL YEAR 8: If you are in a personal year of 8, you may find money flowing to you like a river! Hmmmm... do you ever play the lottery? I'm NOT SAYING to go out & blow your paycheck, but an itty-bitty lotto ticket here or there could be beneficial! The 8 year is definitely the time to get all your finances straight and in order. The 8 is the power number, so remember to be extra nice to your loved ones when you're out there power-working to make all your dreams come true.

PERSONAL YEAR 9: If you are in a personal year of 9, it's out with the old and in with the new! This is the year to purge and make room for the 1 energy just around the corner. Literally clean out your closets and drawers, so you can begin the new cycle/energy flow. Go inside and clean out old thought processes. Start new conversations with different people and make new contacts - get in touch with the people you never thought would talk to you, because in a 9 year, they will!

MERCURY RETROGRADE IN JANUARY:
Mercury (planet of communication) will go into retrograde January 11 - February 1st! Please be cautious driving, DO NOT buy any expensive mechanical equipment and avoid signing any big contracts at this time. Try to wait until about Feb 3rd or 4th for big purchases or contract signing... to let any residual energies even-out!

It's December!

The month of holiday cheer, love and the number 3 vibration! The 3 rules entertaining, communication and CREATIVITY; and what a month it is for fun, laughter, parties and entertainment! The 3 rules the planet Jupiter, as well. Jupiter is the planet of expansion, improvement, wisdom and plenty! That could mean a whole lot may be changing this month - and for the better! No matter what, let's all remember to stay in a vibration of gratitude throughout this month which always helps to expand consciousness, bringing more abundance with every thought of our many blessings.

This beautiful month of December pulls with it a vibration of great attention, love and joy as the 3 rules anything that has to do with creativity, imagination and jovial fun. The number 3 is surrounded by a "charmed life" vibration! As fast as money can come into a 3 vibration, unfortunately, it can GO just as quickly! A vibration we have all felt at one point in our lives (I'm sure), especially around the holidays. If you have extra money to have fun with this holiday, DO IT and if you don't, you're not alone... just remember that things will start turning around (globally) and we'll all be in a position to spend a little more freely again. Again, I go back to gratitude mode at these times... when we are feeling lack, we will attract more lack. When we are grateful for what we have, the energy of abundance perpetuates and brings the wonderful feelings of having just enough!

I cannot believe that 2008 is coming to a close (where did July go?)! It's been quite a year... for me, it's been full of fun, hard work, scary HUGE fashion shows, excitement, disappointment, anguish, love, etc, etc, etc... the list is long, but WHAT A GREAT YEAR! Boy, I thought the 9 year (2007) was difficult, but I think this 1 year (2008) has hit much harder, globally. Look at what has happened in this 1 year... MASSIVE SHIFTS and CHANGE - politically, socially, economically! It's quite amazing because CHANGE IS NOT EASY! The transformation process is DIFFICULT! It's much easier to sit back and live the same way, do the same things and THINK the same way... change is tough and many of us have not only endured the uncomfortable shifts of social, economic and political change, but also major changes within ourselves. WAY TO GO!!! You knew it wouldn't be easy, but you did it anyway. I told you closer to the beginning of the year that this WAS IT, right? The year to make things happen - to get the ball rolling in a new direction... Remember? All it took were a few baby steps. If you did it, rolled with the changes, and shifted (even just a little bit) your thought processes, then congratulations! May your next 9-year cycle be an exciting, fun ride, full of new horizons, promise and feelings of renewed optimism!

The 3 vibration this month is here to make people laugh and feel good, so connect with it and spread some good CHEER! GET CREATIVE this month and remember to stay in gratitude mode. The 3 vibration always sees a lighter side of life, and I hope that you can too as we close this magnificent & transformative year.

Just this morning, I had to perform the most difficult act of kindness for my beautiful four-legged friend of 15 years, B.C. My little friend is now with the angels, living in the beautiful energy of the spirit world. All my love and gratitude to you, B.C. Thank you for being my friend, unconditionally, for so many years...

Life Path Tees and Champagne Dreams sent all the right vibes down the runway

Arizona artists, Suzanne David-Vojnich (Champagne Dreams) and Kristen Ernst (Life Path Tees) delivered exceptional new designs and fanciful creations on the runway at Scottsdale Fashion Week November 8, 2008. A Hypnotic blend of music filled the air, making way for two designers to unveil their "Life Path to Champagne Dreams."

Designer, Kristen Ernst showed Life Path Tees; a numerology based line of tee shirts, jewelry and accessories inspired by a person's Life Path Number. Ernst showed her signature line; 9 different custom designed, vintage-soft tees as well new Spring styles for men and women embellished with Swarovski crystals. It's October!

The month of change and quite possibly the start to wonderful payouts. If you've been working hard, you may realize some GREAT returns dropping into your lap in the latter part of this month. October is a 1 month... the Sun rules the #1, so that means it's a time to realize your strengths, self confidence and opportunities. This month it would be wise to think ahead. Don't wait until January to make your New Year's resolutions! The time is NOW. Whatever you decide to start bringing forward now, will lay the foundation for the next year. The number 1 stirs up some magnificent energies, so think of all the wonderful things you'd like to manifest in your life and write them down. If you've been procrastinating on projects that you've already started, now is the time to finish them. Why? Because with the 1 energy floating around this month, the potential for those ideas/projects to flourish are HUGE. There is a catch, though... (there's always a catch!) Make sure your heart is in it! Don't make an effort to feverishly finish something this month unless your heart is in it 100%. Meaning, if it's not something you're completely in love with and are SO passionate about, then why take the time... right? Go for it if the passion is there and may you receive everything that your heart desires in return.

Mercury (planet of communication) is currently retrograde, so take things slow. Find your center, meditate to reduce stress and just know that you're not alone if you're having a rough start to the month. We all have communication issues to deal with when Mercury retrogrades, so go easy on yourself and others. Be conscious of how you are driving, speaking and thinking. By Oct. 15th, you will definitely feel a lift and energies will turn in the direction of clear-headed accomplishments!

Happy July Everyone!

It's darn hot in AZ, but it's a 7 month - ahhhhh, I stop perspiring just thinking about it... the month of spiritual bliss and magic. The month to go inside self, do some digging around and find peace, love and harmony.

Because we are in a 7 month, here is a bit about the Life Path # 7:

The 7 is the great philosopher... always thinking, analyzing and finding great wisdom and prophecy in his/her alone time. Did you hear that? ALONE TIME 7s like to have their space in order to work out all that goes on inside their heads. So, if you have a 7 in your life, make sure you remember to give this person the space he/she needs. Try not to take this "alone time" personally, because when the 7 comes out of hiding, he/she has great gifts to share with the world.

7s are very loyal individuals and a bit mysterious at times. The 7 does not like to share EVERYTHING about themselves - they fiercely guard their inner worlds. The 7 is always looking for answers to life's biggest questions, so it's wise for the 7 to seek some type of spiritual faith in life. 7s love nature and the simple things. They are extremely intelligent, yet sometimes find it hard to understand others (7s often look at the human race and think: Ah, what are you doing on my planet?). 7s are quite "different" in many ways, but they are magical, intelligent, intense and I just love every single one of them.

Inspiration of the month: Although Nelson Mandela is an 8 Life Path, he was born in a 7 month (7/18). Happy 90th Birthday Mr. Mandela!
